Who is All Strung Up?
Hello, All Strung Up is a fun filled, high energy, top of the notch young bluegrass band. The members have been steeped in music their entire lives and are eager to perform at any chance they get!
All Strung Up became a band in the fall of 2011 and performed for their first time not too long afterwards at the MBOTMA Harvest Jam, that year. Their story actually started, though, when the girls of the band were only the size of a mandolin. Sophie and the Scott sisters, Hayley and Kaysie, have known each other ever since they can remember, and have been playing music together ever since they learned their first notes. The Scott sisters' parents, Chuck and Sandi Millar, have taught many people of all ages how to play a variety of instruments. It was only a matter of time before they found Jacob and Carl, students of Chuck Millar, and created a band of their own. With all the great support from their families and friends, All Strung Up decided to try out for the Race For A Place contest at the 2011 MBOTMA Harvest Jam and walked out with ten times more experience than they entered with. Look out for this band, for they're bound for greatness!
Now it's time to enjoy a little music in Maple Plain, at the Blackwater Coffee shop. The band is all Strung Up; yes you guess it two of our grand-young adults play in this band
